By applying advanced design principles, he knows exactly what it takes to transform a concept into successful, reliable operation. Having worked across design, project supervision, planning, and maintenance, he specializes in digging past symptoms to fix the foundational engineering flaws that stall projects. Joshua co-founded our firm to give clients a collaborative partner who combines sharp, innovative design thinking with pragmatic, battle-tested field expertise.

Director/Principle Designer
Tristan is a dynamic leader in the mechanical engineering sector and a co-founder of Echo Engineering, bringing over 25 years of hands-on industry expertise to every project. He began his career as a boilermaker developing a practical understanding of structural fabrication and heavy engineering. His strong technical aptitude and natural leadership propelled him into supervisory roles, where he successfully managed complex projects. By blending decades of practical experience with high level strategic oversight, he is able to align complex engineering concepts and real-world manufacturability at Echo Engineering.
